Arrival Instructions and Parking Information 🚗 To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, please follow the arrival instructions below: Upon arrival, please park your vehicle in the free parking garage across the street. Once parked, make your way to our comfortable lobby. Katherine will come to the lobby to assist you as soon as she's ready. 1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. 2. Late Policy: We understand that life happens, but in order to maintain our schedule, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. A $10 fee will be applied to all late appointments and this will be canceled at 10 min mark. We accept credit card payments, but please note that a 3.5% fee will be added to your total payment to cover processing fees. No Guest Policy: For the comfort and safety of all clients, we do not allow guests to accompany you during your appointment. Please note that we have a strict no refund policy.
